Booking/Reservations

– Reservations can be made via phone, email or text

– $100 deposit is required to hold reservation date

– The balance of the payment is due on the day of your event upon arrival of rental team prior to inflatable set-up or can be paid in advance if preferred. 

Weather Cancellations

– We all know that the weather around here is unpredictable! If you want to cancel with at least 24 hours notice due to weather, we understand and will refund your deposit (if you made your deposit with a credit card, the refund will have the credit card transaction fee deducted). 

– If you want to cancel due to weather with less than 24 hours notice, we will offer to reschedule you to another date if possible. 

Payments

– Forms of payment accepted: Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Credit Card

– Prices listed do not include MD 6% sales tax

All reservations fees include delivery anywhere within Frederick County,  Maryland. Call/text for delivery fee to your area if outside of Frederick County. 

Additional Considerations

– If max number of children for your inflatable is less than number of children in attendance, it is recommended that direct supervision by someone in your party be available at all times. 

– If you are unable to offer that supervision, we can send an assistant at an hourly rate to supervise the inflatable
